Gas metering unit (GMU) is designed for fiscal metering of natural gas consumption.
The main functions of GMU are as follows:
- Measurement of gas flow by volume and mass as well as pressure and temperature;
- Monitoring and control of the unit operating parameters.
GMU can be used during renovation or modernization of various gas supply systems of cities, settlements as well as gas supply networks of industrial and municipal enterprises, public buildings, warehouse complexes and other facilities where fiscal gas metering is required.
A filter for gas treatment from mechanical impurities is installed downstream of GMU gas meter. GMU is a ready-to-use independent unit equipped with all the required devices for fiscal gas metering (shut-off valves, gas meter, filter, pressure gauges, valves, heater).
